I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork to use in printed merchandise or promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.
Do not heavily alter my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand.
Do not use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Do not claim the artwork as your own.
Do not use my Art for anything on the blockchain.
Do not remove my Watermark from any commission. You may ask for it to be removed, or changed to a signature.
I have a Half Payment Policy. Before receiving a watermarked sketch of your commission, I must receive half of the total payment, and then half after the sketch is approved.
